SPECIFIC STANDARDS
Semiautomatic Saturators, to turnover full bottles for liquid blending with gas CO2, for use:. ENOLOGIC, Drinks, Carbonated Waters
- Equipment entirely built in steel stainless Aisi 304.
- It works on bottles of glass. Ability max 1 liter diameter max 110 mms, h max 40mm.
- Easily detachable in the parts that need maintenance. Spheres of blending perfectly smooth to the inside.
RUNNING
1. connect the saturator to the reduction gear of pressure (not included optional art.21192 )
2. connect the thorn of tide of the pre heating.
3. close the sphere valves set under to the sphere. To open the cylinder of the gas CO2.
4. regulate the pressure of exit to max 3 bar, equal to the pressure of setting of the safety valve of the saturator.
LOADING BOTTLES LIQUID 'FLAT'
5. support the full bottle on the or on the supports (if it is ribagas 4) of right (fig.1). Close the counter with magnetic closing.
6. Open the sphere valve posts above to the bottle, for egualiate the pressure sphere with CO2 and full bottle.
7. Rotate, of 180° the whole group. The bottle, passes to the left (fig.1) capsizing itself, the whole contained liquid flows out in the bell mixing itself with the gas CO2. In the meantime to still load another bottle in the empty posting of right, to rotate the group of 180°.
DISCHARGING SATURATED BOTTLES OF GAS
8. to attend the suit filling of the bottle, looking through the transparent window.
9. to close the valve posts above the bottle of full right, to give downward a hit, dry but short, on the lever with the function of take out the gas in the empty space among the level of the liquid in bottle and the closed sphere of the valve. Open the safety counter to remove the bottle.

11.Cork the bottles the sooner possible
Attention to get a greater absorption of gas needs and a 'perlage' more goal and persistent it is necessary to proceed to the only rotation for more times (up to three four).
