ACIDMETER

Used for the measure of the Acid percentage Tartaric or Acetic present in the liquids.

MANUAL RIFRATTOMETER

Used for the measure of the percentage of present sugar in the liquids. The principle of operation founds it on the control of the variation of the index of refraction of a liquid containing sugar.
